I love V dubs but I'd pass on this trade. Not my fave style of air-cooled VW.

Re: 1962 Ranchero Parts Chaser 200 CID T5 5 speed
Now Larry, my buddy, wants to trade his 1940 Ford Sedan project car for my Ranchero....it had a 326 and 4 speed in it, 1957 Chev P code rear end, stock front end, was a Hot Rod built in 1970 as a high school project.....NICE body, needs interior, motor and trans to be a driver....

I paid 55 hundred for mine . About 12 yrs ago bone stock but running. If its in good shape you might be able to turn a buck.

Re: 1962 Ranchero Parts Chaser 200 CID T5 5 speed
If I do the work on it, will be like most of mine....not for sale.....Thinking of a SBF and the AOD I have, brakes are good, get her running and fix her up as I drive it...Sir Loin is a buddy of mine, I have bought alot of my cars from him, 2 falcon vans, 68 F100, 61 Ranchero, 2002 Buick....so I would be letting a freind have it, plus I have the Econoline truck for my new JYD.....

Re: 1962 Ranchero Parts Chaser 200 CID T5 5 speed
That is one good look'n 40! I do dig the green.
Keep or sell.... It will be a cool ride I'm sure.
The old ford would run like a scalded Ape
With a SBC! looks like a real nice old ford all kidding aside.

That Pontiac engine would put it all over the Ford. If you are going back with a Ford may as well keep the parts chaser.

Same here...if I had the space and money I'd get one. Love my 'vette but my heart bleeds Pontiac blue.

Re: 1962 Ranchero Parts Chaser 200 CID T5 5 speed
Bummer you are a little far. I have a original one overhead.
Looks like some one did a little work on her the bumpers are removed. What other mods are there?
I put a pair of buckets out of a Chevy pickup 2002
in mine with the built in seat belts works good if you don't want center storage.
