problem with activating new members

Bill emailed me today and said he couldn't get on the forum. said he was banned. everything I seen on there said he was active so I'm not sure what is going on with Bill. wrong password? not sure. I went ahead and pulled out all the banned IP's hoping maybe he was in a group of banned IP's.. anyways while digging through all the admin crap I came across a slew of registered names that have never been activated. I know some of you were having problems and had to register under another name. I guess for some reason some of the reply email got lost and you couldn't reply to become active. I activated everyone. for any of you that know someone that tried to register but couldn't get through tell them they are now activated! sorry for the trouble. a group email was sent out.
