it ran 250 on the way home just got it back together i triedn hard to cruise has clutch fan and took hole front end to fab up the electrick fan drove it around for 45 min tonight it ran 185 but oil pressure is at 12 think i fried the oil lol oh well more money

The oil may have broke down with it running real hot for long time.

put some 20/50 oil n. take that 180 thermostate out will help a bunch on cooln and oil break down

chainged oil still have 30 when driving 0 at idle this happened after it ran hot 250 im going out rt now to take off oil pan start their thout new gayge failed not the case heard it chatter in btm end verry low rattel oil presser drops to 0 while at a cruisen speed have to put n nutral rev slitely and 30 again and holds confused maybe pickup fell off i welded mit its a stock pump too stock oil pump rod i may put in my 406 i need a crank or turn mine any good crank machine shops is monarch still open i used them in the 80s tired of puting in my spare 100ds i want to beat the ship out of it its all fun tho gives a scroungy mug something to doo any advice

custom engine service in dry ridge is pretty good. i got a turned 10/10 crank for $100.oo plus core. i had a two piece rear main seal and traded that in for the one piece rear main seal and he was cool as can be.

oil pick up tube weld broke and fell off when i did the stering change over i tried too raise thr engine aut of the way ang jacked the btm of oil pan didnt work but pushed up pan bout 1 in thout nothing of it think god 4 oil presser gauges neverending

Butch is thinking of running a small cowl scoop on the Nova. The old crashed up Chevelle hood may come into play soon.
