I have traded a couple of times this weekend and ended up with this.It is a 49 Chevy Fleetline 2 door coupe,it has rack and pinion steering with disc brakes,.040 over 350 with a pretty good size cam, engine all chromed and aluminum dressed,1 piece windshield,1 piece hood,32'' lokar shifter, wide whites with chrome reverse and moons,55 chevy rear end, aftermarket made for the dash guages, all handles shaved ect.It runs and drives great. Now here is where it gets good,I had a guy call me from seeing the 68 C10 in TN.He wanted to know if I was interesting in trading for an old gasser,it was a 46 Ford coupe that had a monster aluminum headed 383 SBC stroker in it.I ended up taking my 68 C10 up above Pikeville Friday night, trading and bringing the gasser back home.I drove it to the Mushroom festival here in Irvine on Saturday morning and traded it to this 49 before heading back home. All in all a good fun weekend. Here is one of the 46 and several of the 49.Newest addition to my driveway.
