I traded for this the other day and just wanted to show it off and see if anyone recognized it from anywhere.First it is a 1963 Mercury Comet Gasser. It has a speedway Straight axle with disc brakes,9" ford with 3:90 posi rear, ladder bars,347 stroker with a 3 speed(I know a 3 speed,I don't like it either lol),old roll bar, fenderwell headers, real ansen slots and way to big rear tires.I traded for it with a guy that said it had been a gasser most of its life, but I can't verify it.He said that the guy he got it from updated the front axle and installed the 347.It says "Bad Example" on the side but you can barely tell it.It has some old stickers from the late sixties on the windows.Either way if it is new built or really from back in the day,I love it and hopefully won't need to get rid of it anytime soon like I did my 53 gasser. Now that I am moving around alot better this year,I hope to meet and cruise with you guys this year.It drives great. My newest addition to the family 63cometgasser002My newest addition to the family 63cometgasser003My newest addition to the family 63cometgasser006
