I figured they probably did. Never been a big GM guy but in the day I know Ford would build about anything your money wanted.

Why yes they did! That's the correct shift boot and console thingy in the picture for sure.... would make a cool wagon for somebody..

I have seen a few cars that were hand shakers. Never seen a wagon. I'd like to have it though.
