back yard has alot of sitting water, as does the neighbors on the right side the neighbors on the left live closer to the side street which their yard flows down. Someone before me created a dry well but that's not working any other suggestions besides digging a trinch?

thanks

Put a leach line in to draw some of the water out and to the curb. Most septic tanks use these but you can do the same without the tank. just use the lines. Some info may be found here. http://www.a1cesspool.com/leachingsystems.html
