Chadd Karr What the hell did I get into? I received the pump today , started to hook it up found myself confused...

So if your looking at the engine from the front with out the stock water pump... On the left side of the water pump there are 3 holes. 2 I know are for the bolts but the bottom what is the purpose for this? It actually looks like I may not be able to use this?

I know you said you were running one. So give me a tip or five..

Thanks

Bill

I forgot to mention that I didn't install mine. It was on the motor when I bought the car and its an LT1 which are a little different.
