If you could name the absolute best tool you have ever bought, what would it be? It does not have to be your most used just the best money you have ever spent on a tool what would it be??? Mine would have to be the Hobart 185 220 volt mig welder that myself my brother and scrounger site member breadman,.inc. went in on it has to be the best bang for the buck. Then a close second would be my Craftsman 4" electric grinder, that thing has been thru 7 car and 4 bike builds to date and still is kicking strong....

the best tool I have ever bought is my sawzall I got from aldies. If it wasn't for that I would have never started on my chop. a close second even though I haven't been able to use it much has got to be my oxy acataline torch. but I also got it for free which makes it a lot better.

For me it would be my band saw. After years of using a chop saw and reciprocating saw, I have seen the light..Now I have nice straight cuts.
