I have been thinking about all the parts I need for the projects I have. I thought man I need too much for them. Today I bought a parts car that will take a bite out of my needs list.
1977 Firebird. This was a one owner car. The guy bought it in 77 when he was 50 something years old. Last winter some kids ran off the road up in his yard and into the car port, knocking the car port onto the rear of the car. A guy down the road from them needed the dash for his so he bought it and stripped some stuff off of it. I have the whole car minus the dash.

It has an almost perfect hood and left fender. The parts are in really good shape. I have had alot of these cars and the fender in one of the nicest ones I've ever seen.

The 350 runs good. The oil looks fresh and you can tell the old man didn't beat on it. I get a kick out of this Bird. It still has the white walls on it. You can tell some kid just didn't beat the eyeballs out of it. The engine and trans will go in the 27 Model T

The front sub frame will be used in Corey's stepside. Becasue it's the easiest way to get it in the weeds.
The seats need cleaned but they are not all ripped up or broken down. They will go into something.

The brake pedal and booster will go onto a project as well as the shifter.
The door has one bad spot in it and I think I can dolly it out.The bottom where they rust is perfect! About 17 years ago I kicked the door on the bird one night and had to mud a spot in it. That has always bugged me. Most won't believe this but there is hardly any mud in that old bird. So I will use this door.

Kenny the left rocker looks nice too. You can cut that off for your Camaro if you want.

Is that a corporate GM 350 or a Pontiac motor?

How are the quarters on it as a customer of the shop might need them,I put in a headlier in his 76 T/A that his mother in law bought new that has a little rust in the quarters.

The car looked alot better than what it really was. After I started cutting into it it was a rust bucket that someone pop ribbited metal into it years ago an mudded up. It is almost all gone now other than the floors and cowl.
