Not sure. The gauge was on the intake on the other side. I really didn't think it would start and idle so long. I don't have any water in it so I didn't want to run it enough to check everything. Just enough to know it's not knocking or pouring smoke.

I have had other stuff going on so not much work in the garage. Just an hour or two every other day. I got the 1965 Mustang radiator in it. Fits like a glove. The hoses and water neck was another story.

The way the engine is shoved in there with a Ford radiator made it rough to get hoses for it. I even ditched the idea of bending some tubing due to the angles. Chevy had a few water necks. Most run off to the drivers side. I have seen a few straight and some of the older ones going straight up. None of those would work. If I would have used them the hoses would have been running all over the place.

I got lucky and found what I needed. It runs to the passenger side. cheers Water neck is from a 1989 Iroc Camaro with a tune port.
