White wall tires!!!

If you are talking about wide white walls search for Coker tires on the net and Corky's web page should pop up. They are not cheap though. What are you sticking white walls on?

I think Diamond Backs might be a little better if your after WWW radials. They stay white and balance better. I really don't think it matters for the bias ply.

The ones on my Chevrolet were $98 a piece.. They are Coker Classic' they have gone up a bit but still affordable and a good looking tire for us "TRADITIONALIST" who want to keep are car's period correct in every way.. I just found a air compressor from 1952 that still has air in it from then if anybody is interested in pumping up there tire;s with period correct air....

What happens when you fill the Traditional WWW Bias ply tire with nitogen and put the green valve cap on? Would it work with a black cap? If a guy makes a statement and his wife is not around, is he still wrong?

I know a few guys that needs that old air. Don't use it . We may be able to get a good chunk of change for it! lol

DAMN GOLD CHAINERS.. You guys make me sick to my stomach you can't put nitogen in it it will blow up in your face, bias ply's only work with vintage traditional air, and the green cap will not fit it's the wrong thread pitch you have to use a valve stem from a 1948 DeSoto or some other obsolete car why don't you just stick to driving your late model 56 Mercury and leave the traditional stuff to us guys who know what were talking about!

I sold my gold chain because it was worth more than my Mercury!! I have a stainless steel chain now. I hate that old air. It smells sooo musty. If you use nitrogen in your tires it makes them faster, or is that nitrous? I can't remember but I think they both make you fast, or think you were faster or................
