'32 Chevy Coupe gets a haircut...

A customer brought me his '32 Chevy 5W project for a little off the top.  It needed it.  Before...

A 4" slice fit the bill nicely.  Laid out and ready...

The difference from the side.  No more room for the top hat...  

Point of no return!  

Sail panels coming back together nicely...

Hard to tell now, but it took a LOT of work to get the reveal back together on the A-pillar, lining it up correctly with the driprail...

Almost there...

And DONE!  Ready to go back home.  Too bad it didn't go as quick as posting this!

Thanks Chris! It's just me doing my own thing now when it comes to cars and fab work, so I really appreciate it. I went back to a corporate job a few years ago and can't do as much as I would like to for other folks, but I squeeze a few projects in here and there, especially if I like what's going on. I couldn't resist this one, as I have a thing for the Chevy Coupes of this era.

However, I am moving to a larger workshop on February 1st so some more projects are definitely on deck. 6,000 square feet is gonna let me stretch my legs a bit!
