Was killing time driving around an industrial park before a meeting. These are sitting in a warehouse parking lot and have been there a LOOONG time. The truck has '84 plates on it.

I like the truck too.

Greg you need to get one and shove a V8 down in it. Something that will rip the back tires off it.

I know, my father has a '41 and is wanting to build it with a 4.3. I would love to have one with a 5.3! I could have mine completed before his and have mine outrun his! Very Happy

Found the owner and called. He didn't even let me get through asking before he told me that neither one is for sale. I guess they'll be loved to rust. No The truck has some issues but you're right. it would be a pretty easy build.

I am thinking about stuffing that 351-C in my 37 Chevy p/u so it would go a bit faster but since I want a vintage motor I have a Y block that would most likely go in if the extra 235 I have is junk.

Like the truck but LOVE the old Riviera! It's a shame that the owner is all too content to let the pair die a slow death. I just don't get some people...makes me angry.
