Beautiful GP! Love that body style. And I admit a serious weakness for '73 Grand Prixs and GTOs. The one year before the big bumpers (sadly) dominated the looks of the Colonnade bodys.

Re: Anyone have any OLD pics of what they drove?
The first car I had I bought from my Dad just out of high school. My uncle brought it back from California and sold it to my father. I had it for about 8 years and had put a 390 in it built by Jerry Ault with a 4 spd and a 457 gear. It had all the hot tricks of the day but I couldn't afford to keep it and go to school so ........
My second car was a 302 Maverick that I bought new and put a 4 spd in. Didn't add any performance stuff to it besides the Cragars and the glass lift off hood. I hated that stick to hold the hood up.
My third car/truck was a Courrier that I got when it was about a year old. Drove it for a few years and the four cylinder was just a little under powered. Put the 302 and 4 spd from the Maverick in it but it just didn't have the performance I expected. That, coupled with the fact that my daughter was born, more room was needed.....
I figured a wagon would add a little more room so got this old thing. In went a 302 and an automatic. Ran it in primer for a couple of years then got a chance to pant it. It was totaled about three months later.....
I've only had a few other cars in my 50 years on the road. I'll hunt around to find a few pictures of them.

Re: Anyone have any OLD pics of what they drove?
hey falconwagon62,
You mentioned the green Pinto, I bought the same one for $200 that needed a brake job. Loved that 2.0/4speed,especially on the dirt road, powersliding around curves! Have been looking for another 2.0.
