Some may not agree but in this day and age it's harder than ever to raise a kid. So many people just over look their spoiled brats or listen to their lies and say nothing to guide them in the right direction. I'm not sure what she did but I bet she will think twice about fibbing to her pops. This pic was from Scotties FB. I just thought it was cool.

That is AWESOME! If we had more parents like that, the world would be a better place.

Our parents were like that. At least mine were. I was 8 and my brother was 5 when she caught us stealing candy in the corner market. She whipped our butts and then made us wear around a sign for 2 days that said "THIEF" on it.

When I was about 6 I told my Mom & Dad I was going to run away. Cant remember why...But what I do remember Is that my Dad said FINE you want to run away take your cloths off. There I stood in my underwear and he said those two..I bought those take them off! Then he told me to leave shoved me out the front door. ( We lived In the middle of town on a very Bessie street. Again there I stood. This time in our front yard. Cars going by honking.... In my birthday suit. He did let me in after what felt like a life time.
I never threatened to run off again!

That is a great picture and YES!! More parents should take back control. I was raised with a little fear. There is nothing wrong with that. Kids and young adults should know that there are consequences to there actions. When I got a spanking at school I got one from my Mom when I got home. Then I got one when my Dad got home.

The sign was a nice touch! I have been in those shoes Myself!

Don't be sorry for rambling. That was a good one. I was about that age and got mad and told mom and dad I was running away. I thought they would be heart broken and lost without me. I could see tears running down their face, in my mind as they ask me to stay.
Dad ask if I needed a ride to the bus station.
