Re: Chevy V8 bore & stroke chart
Hey can you tell me how big of a bore and stroke I can use on the GM 350 (4.000 x 3.48). I'm looking to upgrade the motor from what it's at now and try to get as much horsepower and torque as I can out of it.

Re: Chevy V8 bore & stroke chart
There are all kinds of ways to get more cubes out of a 350. Thing is, IS IT WORTH IT? You can buy stroker kits such as the one in this link > http://www.superchevy.com/technical/engines_drivetrain/completebuilds_testing/sucp_0706_small_block_chevy_stroker_kit/viewall.html
Or just buy you a big block 454 and go that route. If your pocket are deep you can buy a 572 Crate engine.

Re: Chevy V8 bore & stroke chart
Yeah, the easiest is the stroker kit. I like to mix it up a bit, though. All depends on the bucks you want to drop on it. Just remember if you're going to spray it then you should go with forged pistons and some GOOD rings.
