Mustang Wagon Empty Mustang Wagon

Post by SMOKNZ January 29th 2012, 6:55 am

I was browsing some websites this morning and came across this one. Being I owned Mustangs almost my entire life, it was a shock to see this one, that I didn't know about.

I think it looks pretty cool. Always have had a thing for long roofs but was afraid to come out. So this could be like coming halfway out. Laughing

I'm a wagon lover but not to sure of that. Just don't think a Mustang would look right with woodgrain on the side and a rack on the roof. If ya squit your eyes a little you can sorta see a Pinto wagon. affraid

I had one of those little Pinto wagons. Tough little car. Took to much speed in a gravel curve and a telephone pole to kill it. Sad

There was someone near Hamilton that built them using a cut down 65 to 68 full size wagon roof.

Was that the red one that was in Cavalcade of Customs a few times many years back?
It was built from a '67 or '68 coupe if I remember correctly.
