You will need to cut the line somewhere in the back and use rubber fuel line to mate the electric pump up. Run the wires and you are done. The fuel pump need to be in the back. It works best pushing fuel and not sucking it. It will work either way but will last longer in the back of the line compared to the front.

been piddling with the 58 the pass couple nights. nothing major. I bought the electric fuel pump from stewart. i got it mounted need to finish it up. i has to snag 2 alternator brackets of a extra engine stewart has but its still not lining up correctly im not sure what the promblem is.

finished up the electric fuel pump today. still need to run the power wire for it and connect it to a toggle switch or something.

Thats funny...that reminds me of a Fed Ex driver pulling a set of doubles one night. He was pulling a dolly at the end of his pups and the air line must of came loose and the brakes locked up on it....tried telling him on the cb but he was too busy on the cell phone to listen.....after about 10 miles it ate through the tires and got down on the rims and then the sparks flew! I got the starter bolted up. Fixed the alternator arm with some advice from stewart and johnny b. I started to pull the key switch because the wiring is all prittle and found a snake skin about 2 feet long, i thinked its fresh unsure of though. I dont wanna get bit . lol
