A few pics of my rides
The Camaro is a 1985 Sport Coupe I've had for a lil over a year now , and the Grand Prix is a 1970 I've had for about 2 1/2 years that I'm restoring , it's like my very 1st car which was also a 1970 G.P. model J .

I installed a mild cam , Edelbrock 2101 Intake , Edelbrock 600cfm carb,I left the old valve springs in it untill this winter so it would help the new cam when I did the break in of the cam , I installed rocker rollers this past week , these pics are a couple months old and it has some chrome but not too much , all the pulleys are stripped of rust and re-painted , some brackets are chrome , I will upload some newer pics of how it looks now later on this week

Re: A few pics of my rides
What size do these pics need to be to fit the whole pic in the screen ?

Re: A few pics of my rides
I believe 1025 pixels wide can fit the pic in. When you go into photo bucket, you can re-size your image to fit the screen. I try to get mine around 800-900 pixels wide, so the whole pic can be seen.
I remember when we owned a Grand Prix. Same year that you have now.

Re: A few pics of my rides
I've had it right around 2 years now , I used to have one when I was 15 years old , it was a model j 1970 also , haven't seen many around since then .
Here's my story of how I found this one - I got a flat on my work van and didn't want to use the junk donut spare they give you so I went to the junk yard and there sat this 1970 Grand Prix that someone brought in a day or two before I seen it there , so I asked the owner if he would sell me the whole car so I could restore it and he said yep as long as you get back here before the last guy that seen it gets back with his money and so I drove home got the money came back and after I paid for it and it was sitting on the rollback the other guy showed up , so either way it would have been saved from the crusher .
My plans for this car is to restore it as close and origional as I can , it doesn't run yet (no fire) but has the origional motor and trans that came with the car from factory , 400 with 400 Turbo trans .
The seats are in fairly good shape , the normal wear on the driver side so it needs re-done , front passenger side in good shape, the bottom rear seat needs totally re-done but the upper rear seat is in good shape , the floors have some rust and a couple small holes same in the trunk , all the stainless is there and not creased, bent , or rusted , the the front radiator core support is rusty on the bottom but can be fixed easy , all the glass is there and in good shape , the dash has one crack in it , has all four Rally 2 wheels , the vinyl on top is in bad shape and has some rust around the top of the windshield from the vinyl being bad , it's gonna take me a few years to do this car but it's gonna be cool cruising in a 1970 Grand Prix again , sorry for the long post just giving some info on project .

Re: A few pics of my rides
Love the GP. I had a friend who had a 70 SJ black on black. Same drivtrain 400/400. Man.... that car was nice. They have cool dash boards and keep the rally's on it.

Re: A few pics of my rides
My latest pic of my Camaro , taken today near my home town when I went and cruised around taking pics for the site , this is at an old bridge that crosses over Laughery Creek , they re-painted it recently and re-paved it .
