Ignition Switch Stuck? Empty Ignition Switch Stuck?

Post by Virtualjunkyard June 11th 2009, 1:54 am

I have an old '72 Monte that I parked 2 years ago. Ignition switch worked fine then. Never a problem. Went to try to start it the other day and the switch won't turn. I have the right key. It starts to turn but then feels stuck. Tried jiggling the key, jiggling the gear selector, turning the wheel, banging on the wheel, nothing worked. Anyone know alot about these columns? Thanks, Dave
