so we are leaving at 7:30?.....i will try be ready to roll then.....depends on what time i get home Fri. night....even if i run behind i'll be up there....that is exit #65 that Doug is talking about...i should be able to get there in about an hour.....what kind of speed you gonna be able to run Steve.....if i leave behind you guys i should be able to run around 75 with no problem....

Steve try not to get lost and take a extra 5 gallon gas can but make sure its full. One of you should take a trailer one of them chevys will probley end up d.o.r. dead on the road up there. if not i have a friend that has Ford rollback that goes that way about 4 times a week. :pirat:

I talked to Junkyard Jeff the other night about meeting up at the Outlet Malls just past 35 & I-71, I think it's Jeffersonville. I mentioned that I was bringing a small portable grille and that he should throw some burger and dogs in his cooler. I'll bring the fire, you guys bring the meat!! Either that or..........a Burrito as Big as Your Head!!!!!! I can't bring too much because we'll be riding low (no breakfast allowed). LOL

i picked up some jtm patties for the grill and some buns and cheese.....

Didn't see you guys till you got to the track but had a good time. Hopefully every body got home ok. Junkyard Jeff burnt up a set of points and had a long ride home. We didn't hit the front door 'till almost 3:00. We stopped in Columbus with Da Injun and a couple of his friends. Had a real good time The blonde that was talking to Da Injun, his friends and I at one time was quite memorable. Going to work on my damn dead flamethrowers tonite. May need some HEI parts from one of you Chevy boys. Figured out that I've been runnig that distributor over 10 years so I guess it was due to break (being a GM). Sure glad there was a reasonable turn out from here. I think I'd be more apt to redo this deal than the drive-in. At least at Columbus I was thanked for showing up. That's a hell of a lot more than the fancy HAMBers did. Got to try to figure out how to post some pics w/o a computer at home. I know Joe's got a picture of the gal that was in the red dress, or at least I think that was his camera I picked up.

The real fun started after most of the south pole guys took off. You should have hung around for a couple more hours you would have stayed all night. We did. I'll try to post pics when I get time.

Yeah, when you play with the guys I know from Columbus, you pretty much stay till the end.
