anyone have a parts cleaner Empty anyone have a parts cleaner

just wondering if they should flow constant. Jonathan gave me one a few month ago that someone gave him. I went and bought some cleaner and filled it up but the flow keeps stopping and then going again. does it have something loose inside? or is this how it works? it is filled to the line. it is working but looks like it would spray all the time and not pulsate. anyone have one or used one?

Every one I've seen was constant flow. You may have a bad pump.

it started working. there was a lot of gunk in the tank. I think the filter was stopped up. it has a good constant flow now.
