Scroungers Fall Color Cruise. Oct 13th

What time is the game over?

Sorry to say I can't make it. Have cut a tree down for the little lady, plus get rid of it. So it will probably be a whole day affair. She doesn't understand that I will have all the time in the world in 3 weeks.

I am hoping it is only a half hour to 45 mins. Maybe since he is with his dad we will leave a little early... So I plan to be at the rest area bout 1:15...... and we have the route....

Let's say we leave at 1:30

anyway we have several routes planned depending on how far everyone wants to go... any thoughts on your gas budget? Do we wanna be gone 1 hour , 2 hours..... only 45 mins>/// input please

3 hours max there and back. So hour and half or less down . That doesn't include stopping for a burger. If you know of a McDonalds, Wendy's or ? on the way plan that into the route. Thanks Heather.

Really wanted to make this one but spent all last weekend at the Pumpkin Run not doing what I needed to do. Have to take advantage of the nice weather to catch up around my house and my Mom's place.

Scroungers.... please be ready to go (meaning full tank of fuel) on Saturday. We will get on the interstate the exit off at Richwood to catch US 25 South, but will not stop for about an hour. We will stop and fuel up in Sadieville, then cross country on 32 to Cynthiana and eat. Then head North on US 27 to Alexandria. Stop at Punkyville to take some pics, then stopagain in Butler to refuel and gather up then on to 471 into Newport. If anyone has anything they wanna do in town feel free, but I assume everone will just go their own way once we are close to the River.... any suggestions?

Looks like will be in the daily. Giving the car a once over tonight and found a cracked thermostat goose neck. Leaking coolant on to the intake. Guess I know what I'm doing when we get back... Still should be a good time. Never been the back roads down that far.

Had a nice cruise today. It took a litter longer than expected but I think we all had a nice time. Can't wait for the next cruise....
