How about a second gen Camaro with a 350, 4 speed and 150 MPH speedo?
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
I was tickled to see the The Heavy Chevy decals and was talking to Amy about it. She wondered off and yelled out here's another one!
Too cool!
Too cool!

Kyle walked back a couple times to show us some stuff and ask if we needed anything. For the rest of the trip no matter what part of town we was in Kyle would drive by, blow his horn and wave.

One of my goals is to open up a shop, store or something to make money. I ran across this place in town and flipped. I love it. I haven't talk to anyone yet but I'd love to get my hands on this place. It is huge! What you don't see is the back that runs all the way to the creek. I talked to a few people that was walking by. They closed it after the place cought fire. I looked at the damage from the fire and it doesn't look too bad to me. It could be turned back into a hotel or high end apartments. The lake is close by so a hotel may be the best bet. Never know what will happen but I'd be willing to jump in this place feet first!

The chandelier is wild. You can't tell from the pic but it's about 10 feet wide.

Here the creek that runs along the side and out the back.
Restaurant that caused the fire was in the back.

You can't tell from the front but the building is shaped like a "U" so it has a court yard in the middle.
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
By the way this is the only building that looks like this. This is about the only eyesore in the town.
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
We headed to a different part of town to see it. We looked at a few houses. There was one that we liked very much. 7 1/2 acres. House, barn, huge out building they called a chicken coop. It's as big as the barn at dad's place. Storage sheds, 2 1/2 car garage. sitting on almost all level ground about 5 miles outside of town. $74.000
You couldn't touch this place up in this area for under $150.000

On the way back we spotted this piece of yard art. Pretty cool stuff.

As I said no matter where you went you found some old car.
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
I'm having a good time and figured we would check out the lake. I've never heard of it and didn't think much about it. We had a summer home right on Lake Cumberland. How cool could it be after having that place? It blew it out of the water!
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
The lake is huge! It goes on forever seems like. How big is it? 8200 acres.
Re: Stewart's vacation, the good & the bad
We go back a different way to get to the hotel and what do we find? A car show just getting finished. There were still a few cars left.
