Complete Chevy 350 make offer

I have a complete Chevy 350 5.7 engine for sale. Throttle body motor. Needs only very minor things done to it. I think the motor had around 30,000 miles on it when it was pulled. It was pulled because the vehicle was in a wreck. Distibutor is there along with most other electronic parts. This motor is an 86 and up 350 with a one piece rear main seal.

Two barrel throttle body
All valvetrain parts including rockers are still on the motor
Centerbolt heads
Valve covers are still there with reusable gaskets
10054727 casting number on the block
Motor made in Canada
Possibly a roller cam motor
Needs ONE exhaust manifold PUT BACK ON. I have the manifold to go with it!

I turn this motor over every two weeks by hand to keep everything moving.

That chrome starter work good? Is it normal or a mini starter?

Apparently that 5.7 was blown up. I was told today that the bearings are disentegrated, rods are destroyed, and the crank has cuts in it over an 1/8 inch deep. I don't know why that would have been pulled and gave to me without being noticed... Now the guy wants his money back. Does anyone think that sounds like the guy put a 400 shot of nitrous on it and blew it up? It's been 26 days since I sold it. When I had it the rods looked fine, oil was fresh, turned over normal, nothing looked burned. It looked like a low milage motor.

if it has been sitting for a whild the crank would have rust from previous damage, Steel fresh damage very shiney. may take a look . did you check the vin of the engine and make sure it is the same engine? good luck. htat is the hard part about buying and selling used. never know what will come from it.

Where are you from,I may be interested in the long tube headers just depending on the distance
