I picked up a 53 chevy bel air a couple weeks ago. The car has no title but is pretty solid. A farmer pushed the car around with the front bumper on his tractor. So the truck is bad and the back glass is broke. I also need some trunk hinges. I did put up a nice trunk lid and clean back glass a couple of hours from the car. The engine is suppose to be rebuilt. Its been pianted but is currently a little dirty from dust and setting for a while. All of the trim is in the inside of the car. No front bumper.

I plan on tuning the engine after I get it running. Pull the tank and see if it can be used and running new lines. I checked on shoes and they are only $30 for a front set. I plan on taking it to the hot rod reunion.

More Pics. I may pick up a 52 chevy from the guy that I bought this from. Really solid car(52). Might try to do a month build just in time for the hot rod reunion in bg in june. I will have to wait and see.

Wound up finding a really solid and straight 52 chevy. Part of a package deal, so I sold the 53. I'll be putting all my time into the 52. I'll have pics soon.
