Hi Corey,
Just wanted to brag for a minute guys. I received a letter today from Corey's school. Now when I got letters from school it was not good news. lol. Corey was one of the kids picked throughout the tri state to go to Baird Music Hall for a concert. Corey is very proud of getting picked and has worked hard to make it happen. He has chair two for the brass. Keep up the good work, Corey. maybe next stop will be Cincinnati Symphony..

Congrats Corey! I can keep up with the sports. But when he came home with the letter, Corey had to explain what a few things meant. I can't wait to hear you play at the music hall.

Way to go Corey! When I was in school I played the trumpet, French horn, and E flat alto horn. I marched in the senior band as an 8th grader. Maybe I can teach you the Buckeye Battle Cry!!! or even Hail to the Victors! Way to go!

See the girls all join the band because they dont make any of the other sports they tried out for, so there is only one more place they can go with out being cut. "BAND",and the other reason I joined the band is because some of the kids bragged that they could play. But in the first six weeks I went from 5th chair to first. Now in our band,Im the head of the low brass section, plus you get days out of school,and if we make it to state , we get a free trip to Kings Island I would never pass that up

Possibly next year they get to go to Disney World. But not without his family. lol I've always wanted to go. When we lived in Florida, we didn't get a chance to go.

Just keep your eye on the prize.
