FS: 1953 Desoto Firedome(SOLD)
This is a super clean '53 Desoto Firedome Sedan. Came from a family that had owned it since new - 47,000 original miles. Very clean and straight - not a dent in this thing. Small amount of rust over the right rear wheelwell. All glass is perfect except one minor crack in the front passenger door - not an issue. Complete car less engine, trans. & grille teeth. It is not in the pics but I do have the front splash apron. Very nice dash & good interior - one small rip in the drivers side seatcover. Trunk has the original plaid liner & bumper jack. The patina on this old gal is perfect! Clean Indiana title. This would be a great car to drop an engine & trans in and have a nice little cruiser. Be ready for spring! Located in Lewisburg, OH. $975

Are you the one selling it or you just know of it? I would love to buy it, but of course still short on cash right now. This is right up the direction that I've been looking.

We made it back in one piece. No problems at all. It was really cool to just hear Jerry's story on the hot rod. That's one of the coolest (my car story ) I've ever heard. Also that's really the first look at what I've seen your shop puts out too. The one you was working on was just plain cool. Like I said up there, you have a very cool job. Thanks Benny for sharing a few minutes.Blue Eyed Devil wrote:Cratethis wrote:Thanks man! It was nice meeting you and getting to see the shop.
