Trying to put together a 351W for one of my 69 Mustangs.  I completely understand the oil issues with the zinc additive and such, and cam break in problems, but I can't find  a machineshop/builder who is willing to touch this build without going to a late model roller block.  And we are blessed here with an ample supply of Brad/Penn "musclecar oil".  Not like the stuff is hard to get, but I guess once they burn up one cam, they want to build everything with roller cams.  Apparently my old blocks are junk, at least, that's what they want me to believe, and ford only made a 351W roller block for maybe 3 years.  Those blocks are tough to find here.  I think I'm gonna have to do this one on my own, get it bored and fit, and do the rest on my own.

If it's your money looks like they would build what you want.
