Its not nice but it also is not very rust either,it has a very nice underneath. It has a few place in the front floor pan and surface rust along with some dents on the outside.I have been trying to get this for a while and ended up with it today.I am going to raise it up gasser style and drop a 289 with a C4.Here is just a few pics!1961 Ford Econoline 1961Econoline001_zpsb807ee391961 Ford Econoline 1961Econoline002_zps15b5c4db

Totally diggin' on this! Great idea on the 289/C4 combo as well. I'll check it out closer when I come to get the 'vette.

Later,

Lee

P.S. What's the story on the wait to get it? Owner didn't want to sell it?

The owner wouldn't sell,I had a running/driving little 50 ford shoebox that I started on a couple of months ago and had to stop because I got down in my back.On July 29 I went in the hospital and had to have back surgery so I was now just starting to move around again.I backed my 50 out of the barn yesterday and he came by and had to have it.He gave me a little spending money and the Econoline and we all were happy.
