I am loving this weather. I have been busting my butt on these projects and the property. Bad part is there is so much to do it's not even putting a dent in anything. I well. Just keep chipping away... At least it's not freezing outside! cheers

Been swamped with work stuff...and everytime the weather has warmed up enough to fuss with the TA I am at work instead of home. Mad  Glad you are getting some stuff done, Steve!

I'm not looking forward to spring, well, kind of. I'm in the middle of an inside bathroom remodel and the warm weather is gonna kill me trying to get this thing done, I would rather be outside.
I had to hop on the tractor and grade my mom's drive on Thurs, just couldn't help getting out in the warmth.
