This one is for you Riggs!

I have been cut many times. Burned and all kinds of stuff working on these cars. YOU JUST HAVE TO KEEP GOING! For the ones that don't know Riggs was working on his car and a grinder got away from him. It sliced across the crotch of his pants cutting a nice grove across his lap and almost taking his manhood.   

He has refused to use a cutoff wheel since.

I told him many times you can't stop using something because of what happened.

If that's the case then we would all be back to hand tools or bare hands after enough time.

So I have someone that will tell you it's no big deal to get cut with a cut off wheel. After you talk to him I know you will be right back in the garage cutting stuff up in no time!

It doesn't appear that way from the picture, but he was lucky!

Man, feel sorry for that guy, OUCH

I cut the top of a finger with cut off blade in grinder. Also ended up in Urgent care with disc fragments in my eye.
Let's just say the blade gaurd is always on now and I wear full face shield.
