Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
Since the surgery I just don't have the stamina I used to. After 10 to 12 hours at the shop and some work around around the farm I'm wiped out. Doesn't really help that it was 110 in the shop yesterday.

Yep! To hot right now.....But I will take the trade off!
Chris Next week end I will be heading out to Tampa. Taking the kiddo to bush gardens. Do you still want that intake? Maybe we can meet up some place?
Reb. I think that you are on the right track with the stacks. Just my 2 cents. Not worth much but what the heck

Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
Started working on the roof. It's almost finished. I have it listed online to trade but keep getting nutty offers like $600.00 T bucket bodies and 72 4 banger Pinto's. The car is no show piece but give me a break. I'd like to see someone else own it but if I keep getting nutty offers I'll just work on it over the winter and finish it and put a huge price tag on it.

Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
Just seen your post. Yea I still have it. With winter and being busy building customers cars it's sitting on the back burner for now. I still pick up a part now and then for it. Hopefully get back on it soon.

Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
Engine is back out of the car and it's up for sale or trade. Needs a bunch of work but someone needs it before I clear the garage of customers cars. If that happens it's getting fixed.

I hope that it finds another good home...that's going to be pretty nifty when it is all done.
Later,

Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
I am pretty sure I saw this car in it's old custom form in some of Josh Shaw's old pictures. It was sitting neglected next to a house at that time...

Re: 1954 Chevy Dead Sled
I have the pictures saved in my phone to show you. He didn't know much about it either. Said the pictures were taken around '96 or so. One of the guys from Brewer confirmed it wasn't one of theirs.
