Garden Tractor plow day

Here's what us garden tractor folks do when we get together, we plow fields.
Dairy farmer from my garden tractor forum down near Etown, Ky had a couple fields he needed plowed, got a gathering together and away we went. Total of about 30 tractors were plowing. We had a great time, did some bench, uhm,...."digging" and swapped parts. Had some good food and met some nice guys.
We had one guy from Canada, 1 from NC, 1 from oklahoma, and farthest was from San Antonio Tx.

Me plowing, I had one of the smaller tractors there. My is '77 Sears 16 Hp.
Almost half were 2/3 cyl diesels, man, what pulling machines.

Yep, plow day for garden tractor guys is equivalent to a car show or cruise in for hot rodders.
You all restore/paint/mod your cars, well tractor guys do too:cheers:  and we get together to show off our mods!
There are also mower mudding clubs, mower racing, etc, you can check out on youtube....we just roll dirt!

I saw some mower racing last weekend up at the Rebel Run. They put on a heck of a show. I had forgotten they were on the schedule so it was a weclome surprise to see something I've never seen before. Those boys were serious about their horsepower.

Yea, that racing stuff though, those boys are crazy.
I'm slowing warming up to getting into pulling, but you can rack up the $$$ real quick with that. My buddy's uncle has $4K wrapped up in a 2 cyl tractor motor. It dyno'd over 125Hp.
