1964 E100 Ex-Army Truck..6cly, 3 speed..Wannabe Gasser truck

Thinking of having it lettered, Kick the nose up a bit, Loud muffler with daul pipes and some mags.....What do you think???? I got it home today, doing a few small things on it in the shop....

That's nice. Don't see those only in the southern states for sure! The salt ate up all the northern trucks that age!

That is just too cool! I like it as it sist really but the gasser idea is terrific. Or make it a faux Shelby American parts chaser with a dressed-up 260 or 289 and torque-thrusts.

Replaced all the heater hoses...good heat now, put wipers on, had a bad freeze plug, fixed that,next gotta fix wiring screw ups done WRONG, Look at all brakes, adjust them, go see Econoline Tim,he has a few parts he still owes me for the truck...then, should be ready to drive...ANYBODY got some FORD Mag/Ralley wheels??? 5 x 4-1/2 BC.....

Pulled the carb off, had East Gate Jack rebuild it, got some shop time, put the wheels of the Sprint on it, now, fix a few wires, and adjust the brakes, Pulling a few leafsprings this weekend....and drive it......Need TAZ to letter it....

I paid tomuch for it...it would scare ya....I got everything electric working all but the gas gauge...I will look at it hard Thursday, I am on the road tomorrow and Thursday....Hope to have it at the West side crusie in Hamilton, Saturday...

Made it to the show....No issues...need brakes adjusted, and a new sending unit I guess, gas gauge never kicked on.....

Also won a one of the Top 5 Awards

Good looking truck. My buddy had a van version of it, was always cool to ride in.
