Hey Reb-
Many thanks for puttin' these up for me, I struggled with this for weeks to make it happen; guess you just gotta find the guy who knows what the h--- he's doin'. You wouldn't want to go to the moon on a rocket built on low bid, would 'ya?

That Effie is awesome! I've been wanting to do a diesel powered effie for quite some time, even have had some extra truck and P-pumped 12Valve Cummins also but didnt have the space to do so before. Maybe one day and I'll do a 4BT conversion.

Re: Few pics from dieseldr
The 4BTA was my choice, but I couldn't find one here.... the next best thing I could come up with was the 4BD1T Isuzu- just as bulletproof, but unfortunately not American made.... when you're dealt lemons, you make lemonade. But it IS the MOST fun vehicle I have ever owned. Everyone loves old trucks, especially when you can leave a lot of the original flair to them.... this one is all stock front running gear, 9" torino rear, C-6 auto (needs an OD). Had the front hubs redrilled to take 5 on 4.5 so I can get by with one set of wheels and one spare. Mustang bench seat, Homemade electric wiper conversion to 12V. It makes conversation wherever it goes. A lot more fun than a musclecar. AND 25 + MPG! One thing it ain't- fast!
