Ground Clearance?????
When I was building bikes for a living, I would try to keep the frame to ground clearance between 3.5 and 4"..What would you guy's recomend on a car? from the lowest point to the ground what would be a good min clearance to keep? On my T it will have a traditional suspension set-up I was hoping to keep it as low as poss. but want to make it safe in event of a blow out or some shit like that, I know about about keeping things above the scrub line and all, but still curious about a min. clearance....
Re: Ground Clearance?????
what ever the sidewall is on one side of your tire. that way if it blow you are not scraping metal. if the sidewall is 3" then thats where I'd stop on ground clearance. you will have about an inch to play with in case of a blow out. the tire flat will still hold it off the ground an inch or so because of the rubber. does any of that make sence? lol
