Why people need to carry a weapon.

I seen this on Carter County Cruisers site and thought I'd share it.

So tired of these people that commit unthinkable acts
on others. Some folks have forgot that there is CONSEQUENCES FOR YOUR ACTIONS! I could go on and on! But yes a concealed Is the way to go.

blimey if you get caught in england with a hand gun,its a automatic 10 years in clinck.if you have a shotgun for sport /hunting you must carry it in a locked motor with seperate amo,5 years for carrying a knife

Stretch you may think some of us are cowboys then because a lot of us carry a gun on a daily basis. It's legal here as long as you have the right paper work. Paper is for a concealed gun but in some states you can carry and open sidearm with nothing.

without offending you guys you must be cowboys,coz weve got all the bloody indians over here it seems strange you guys carry guns ,seems wierd to us ,not saying its wrong or bad just odd as im on the outside looking in,does that make sence

i dont know the politics of it nobody here has guns apart from the criminals but they are few n far ,the chance of getting caught with one without doing anything with it the jail time is 10 yrs,so this is a big detterent,some of the cops here are armed but they are different to normal coppers, they jump around like steven seagal so they easy to spot!

We don't get offended easy. Some places here are rough. Not saying it's not a good place to live but sometimes you run into stuff. One of our members was against guns. We were together and talking about it. He told me that no one is the city should carry one. Less than an hour later he walked in his house where two people were robbing him. He fought with one and when the other came back in they were trying to stab him with his own kitchen knife. He was lucky and didn't get hurt other than some scrapes. He told me later that if he would have had a gun he would have shot them. In less than an hour his mind had changed. I'm all for giving up my guns if EVERYONE did. That won't happen, as you said then only the criminals would have guns.

At least he drove off and expired. I have seen where a shot would hit it's target and the guy run around the house before falling dead. Running like a deer before they drop.

I just can't imagine defenseless citizens being a good thing. Well, maybe it's a good thing if you're a criminal or a politician that wants total control. Oh wait, those are two of the same thing.

I heard that the lady is going to be charged with the mans death due to the second shot being fired when the guy was outside the house. He broke a window and came in the house that way.

Those law makers don't have a clue. Let someone bust in their window and start climbing in and see how many shots they fire.

The old widow who's back yard butts up to mine, shot a guy dead last year. He was high as a kite and broke into her home through the back door in the middle of the night. He was nearly naked, wearing only his underpants. I hate to think what may have happened to her if she didn't have a gun.
