can anyone help me out

someone over on the hamb wants to buy some parts but wants to pay via paypal. i dont have an account and havent used one...

can anyone at all help me out

I've got one Riggs. I like it. You can use it lots of places these days. I never keep much in it but have it linked to a debit card that doesn't have any money in that account either. I just move money to it when I'm ready buy something. He could send it to my account but I don't think that helps you. Very Happy

What he said. If they insist on using Paypal I usually ask them to throw another dollar or two in to help cover the costs that you get from the fees.
