Plainjane's Projects Empty Plainjane's Projects

Post by plainjane March 26th 2011, 3:23 am

I am new to the forum and thought it was time to post the projects that I promised. I am in the middle of making changes to the 59 Thames panel that I purchased in Owenboro, Ky a couple of years ago. (Now that I am retired I am suppose to have plenty of time to get everything done.} Well, it hasn't worked out so far. Busier now than when I was working 7 days a week for "the man". Oh well.

These are the ones in waiting:
Plainjane's Projects ProjectStuff

Far Left:
1952 Chevy PU. Art Morrison Chassis, Chopped Top and everything shaved. Will be an Old Skool truck.
Center
1939 Olds 4dr Sedan. Will be Olds powered RestoMod Cruiser
Far Right
1976 Chevy Monza: Prostreet car. (recently sold to a good friend)

A couple of pics of the Thames:

I have a COE 47 Chevy that I was going to build into a Rat Rod Hauler (I'll post pic later) that I have sorta lost intrest in. Don't know if I will finish it or sell it.

Well that is it. Nothing special, but plenty to keep an old man busy. Not to mention trying to finish my shop.

Neat stuff.

Been retired 10 years. Never looked back. I sure have gotten lazy though.

This is my building I store the projects in. I will try and post the shop later. It is a mess presently and not something I am too proud of. Besides I haven't finished it yet. Between the knee surgery and the catarat surgeries, I haven't gotten much done lately. And it was just too cold last winter. Thanks for the thumbs up.

Nice Olds....

Thanks J. I figured if I didn't have a place to store the projects and parts and pieces, I wouldn't have room to work on anything. Been there and done that. That is the reason for the storage bldg.

As I stated earlier, I will get a picture of the shop and post it. some day. Doing a little recovering from medical stuff, and have a couple of RV trips planned. So it will be a little later on.

Thanks again for the comments. I really like looking around this site. Very Kuel
