Looking for a Ranger or S-10 EXT Cab

I am looking to buy or trade for a 1999 or newer Ranger or S-10 Ext cab pick up. Perfer lower milage 4cly-std shift, non- 4x4, bed liner and hardshell cover...but I can add that if needed, I will trade my new daily driver for a good truck, or pay cash....gotta be nice, I am going to use it for work...my Buick just turned 51,000 miles, LOADED, Leather, ect....
