A Few from the last three days in Lima
Went to Lima and saw a bunch of old friends and a couple of young ones..........
The vintage racing under the lights Friday was a real treat. They've done this for about the last three years and it's always the highlite of the weekend for me...............

Re: A Few from the last three days in Lima
We couldn't tell who won the burnout contest because the smoke was so thick.. The smell was terrible. The muffler wrap was won by some truck and the flame throwing was by some guy from Indy. We did the drive-in movie Saturday evening and that turned out to be Two Lane Blacktop. My co-pilot had never seen it so that was cool. We camped on the grounds along side of Jeff's Crown Victoria Club and only go a little rain Saturday nite. I got us a little wet but didn't dampen our spirits. Now it's to get ready for the Ducktail, the Pileup and then it's all over for the year. This is the first we have been to a car show/event since the first of July so it was nice to get put and see everybody.

Hey............Couldn't forget that. Sorry that I didn't consider it a Car Show, I always look at that one as a not to miss party with fine dining. I don't think the fried bologna on white bread could be beat!

Yeah I like that too. I had a 57 Buick Super about 15 years ago. It was fun to beat around in. That would be a hard car to chop with the glass work involved.
