Anyone know this car?

I saw this on Ebay and since it's from Dayton, I thought someone here might have a story or remember it .

Its been many years since I have seen it,I always seen it at the Carl casper show and I always thought it was built as a non runner since I never seen it move on its own power or on the street. I knew the owner as he sold parts not too far from the house and I am suprised he does not own it still. Jeff

Looks like a paint job my old man would do back in the day when LSD was a staple for custom painters......TON'S of work in that kind work...

i like the paint, not to sure if i care for the lake pipes.

side pipes were cool back in the day. it's a little dated for now a days but I like them on some cars

I Think I remember seeing it, but like Jeff, I don't remember seeing it at any of the cruise ins. It'd make Vickers a good Demo car. That's what my ife drove in a derby at the Auglaize and Mercer County Fairs years ago. She didn't win!

It is too detailed and chromed to be a driver,I remember seeing it and the backing plates were pin striped or chromed and the same with the complete underside. I would have no problem with painting it one color along with spraying the underside black and driving it,the interior would have to have something done with it. Jeff

Truth be known. I like it. I love old ISCA show cars. From reading the Ebay description, this thing is a time capsule.

It must have been some quality work. Almosyt 30 years after the fact and it's still holding up good. I couldn't bring myself to change it.

I let the pics load and I could see the builder/owner in the background,he must be getting hard up for money and it figures the shop next to where I work are involved in selling it. I knew the interior was gaudy but I dont think I could live with it for long,some would want to keep it like it is for historical purposes but I would rather have a original one to work with. The 70s were a strange era and that car shows it,it should go in a museum for show cars because if I got it I would change it alot. Jeff
