Been a while since I did any bodywork, what is the best filler now a days? I used to use Rage. Anyone know of anything better?

I use dura glass. It's water proof and if you get on it
Shortly after you apply with a cheese grader file to shape it
Then on to 80 grit. But don't make the mistake of leaving it and not shaping it.... Gets as hard as a rock!

I've been using the stuff Wal-mart sells for years with know problem... they have improved the fillers over the years. then I use the green stuff the fill the pin holes or a lot of primer LOL.

A few years ago I switch to All Metal. It's a little pricey but I like it a ton better than anything I have used through the years.

Thanks all, I'm still a ways away from spreading mud, but as I was going through boxes today (looking for 55 parts) I came across an old can of Rage, and it got me wondering if there was anything better.

I like the Dynaglass for covering welds or high impact areas, and Dyna Delite for finish work. Ive found that buying good filler pays for itself in sandpaper. Cheap filler clogs paper faster.

Not only that but it spreads a lot better so you go though less

all-metal or dyna-glass or Eagle-claw over welds (it is water proof will not absorbed moisture)
and there is always pin holes for moisture to get in to

finish work 3-m Platuim or Rage premium you get what you pay for easy sand and sticks to just about any thing
