I had the same trouble a couple of times. It doesn't seem to be consistant. It's like putting a 5x9 in a 5x7 frame.

Did that thing originally have parking lites on the inner side of the headlites or did it have quad lites?

There the stock buckets but its supposed to have a park light on the inside of them.
