reconditioned x-rods with std bore sbc 350 pistons

I acquired a set of reconditioned x-rods monarch charged 250.oo to recondition them less then a year ago. They have a set of std bore 4 valve relief small block chevy pistons on them monarch pressed the pistons on them also. The rings on the pistons was bought new of course to match the pistons.

Short story on the life of the engine. Engine was built ready to fire. Test day went to fire, fired right up instantly loss all oil pressure. Total run time was less then 10 minutes. Tore down and went with forged pistons, rods etc. etc. Come to find out the 3 fittings on the rear of the block above camshaft wasnt in the block.

Pistons were stamped on the main caps as to location.
