Mine was a 67 Dodge Dart. Slotted mags with hood pins. It looked fast but just had a 6 banger in it. I was 14 or 15 and I drove the car around the property but it never made it to the street. As proof my fathers anger is much worse than mine I still have it burried in the ground at my fathers house. affraid I guess you can say I still have my first car. cheers

1963 Dodge Polara, BB 318, push button auto, a lady gave it to me free, I was 13...I put a Thrush muffler on it, fixed a broken water neck and sold it for $500 to Danny he gave me 300 down and was to pay me $25 a week, I am still waiting for my $200....I leanered a lot from that car....and learned about people as well....

1966 F-100. Dad gave $75.00 for it, brought it home with a puked 352. Told me it was the only vehicle he would ever buy for me. He didn't lie. Laughing Dropped in a rebuilt 390 out of a Trooper LTD and started playing "What part of the drivetrain can I break next". affraid

My first car was a 65 GTO. Sold it when I went overseas for my Uncle, back in 73. Wish I had it back. It was a cruiser for sure. Power Windows, Power Brakes, Auto, Factory Air, Power Seats, Power Steering. Burgundy with White interior. My Dad got it out of a junk yard, and we put it back togeather as a project.

Green 1965 Galaxie 500 xl. My dad is, and always was, a Chevy guy. He HATED it. He still likes to remind me that a 57 Chevy brought me home from the hospital when I was born. He also HATED my little brother's 1970 Mach1. I now own 3 cars...all Dodge.

80ish capri, 76 mustang 2, 79 malibu 4 door land yacht and an ford escort, some how we ended up with all of them at the same time. I liked the mustang the most so thats the one i consider my first car... none of them ran. First car that i owned that actually ran was a freaken topaz..........

!964 Buick Skylark 2Dr Hardtop. Red with black bucket seats and a factory tilt wheel. 300 cid V8, Super Turbine 300 2 spd automatic transmission. not a powerglide. Transmission was a little loose, wouldn't power brake but would kick down into first gear any where below 70mph! Kept it a little over two years. Not a bad first car......

Only picture I have of it.... It's the summer of 1975 and I have some mag wheels on it already but haven't removed the trailer hitch or installed the Airlift bags inside the rear coil springs to keep the Kelly Supercharger 70's from rubbing! God I feel old......

It was a cool first car. I was working at Kings Island at the time and I think I gave $400 for the Buick after my Dad wouldn't let me give $75 for a four door six cylinder stick '63 Fairlane 500. He didn't like/trust the people with the Fairlane or something...... Even then I was looking at Falcons for my first car but they were all rusty pieces of junk! Had to wait twenty five more years to get one...... What a Face

64 VW with a rod knock. I was 13 and traded my stereo for it. Me and my dad rebuilt the motor, got it running and I traded it for a Penton 125 Six Days Replica.
