I saw this car being talked about on an Oldsmobile forum I'm on. It's nice to see somebody from one the Big car companies showing that hot rodding can continue. So Ford took the EcoBoost motor and put it in a 1934 Ford Coupe. Check out the link and the pics...

I was glad to see that article in C&D when it came out. I drove a Taurus with the Eco-Boost and couldn't believe it was a six banger. It has no place in a truck though. My partner and I have identical F-150's except mine has the 3-valve 4.6 and his has the Eco-boost. Running around town empty, his will get better mileage. Put a load in it or hook a trailer to his and hit the interstate; mine will walk away from his and get better mileage doing it. I'd be really impressed if they put the technology to use on the V-8. Because...........there really is no replacement for displacement. cheers
