This ticks me off. Police try to catch these people. If they do the lawyers plea them out most of the time. If we are lucky and get a conviction the judge gives them a slap on the wrist and they get the least jail time they can and as if all that wasn't enough now they just open the gates and set them free before their time is up. Evil or Very Mad

I don't know 'bout in KY but up here sitting in jail playing xbox on a tv bigger than mine isn't really doing all that much to reform the majority of repeat offenders anyway. I say shorter sentences doing things that benefit society.

They still have work programs here. They are out cleaning ditches and roadways. I think it is a good thing. Not just playing Xbox!
